This weekend brother Austin was home and joined in Forrests  Pilates session! It is so much more fun and challenging to work out together. 

Forrest continues to work each day to build his strength and  endurance in preparation for his next major reconstructive surgery at Johns Hopkins on March 10. We find the best approach is to keep busy working to make the most of each day and to focus on the great opportunities ahead. Like rehearing with the cast from A Place to Be for the Spring tour of Behind the Label!  This courageous and talented group of children and young adults from A Place to Be will be performing in School assemblies for 4000 middle and high school students over the next four weeks. There is a public performance on the evening of March 6 at 7:30 at the Loudoun County high school in Leesburg.  Even if you have seen it before you don't want to miss this performance! Tell your friends pass on the attached poster and come for a night of inspiration, tears and laughter! 

Forrest and Toliver have a section on TBI and CCI service dogs including two songs from his show "44". The entire performance is approximately 45 minutes.  We hope to see you there!
