Thanks again for all of the great mail you have sent so far. Your love and support plays a very important part in Forrest's recovery and we are taking all the cards and letters with us to Atlanta. We look forward to reading them to Forrest over and over again.

ReplyDeleteTom and I have not stopped thinking of Forrest and your family since we heard about the accident. We spent 5 weeks at UVA with our son last spring, so have so many memories of those halls, elevators, and the Mellow Mushroom. :) I still keep in touch with the doctors and nurses who were all so amazing in every way. You have been in the best hands and I look forward to hearing about Forrest's progress in Atlanta. You will remain in our thoughts and prayers!
Also, tell Forrest---- James has a gtube now. When they get them out, it looks like a bullet scar. Makes for all sorts of creative stories!!
